Security assessment for routing-based synthesis on cyberphysical MEDA-based digital microfluidic biochip

Abstract Cyberphysical microelectrode-dot-array (CP-MEDA)-based digital microfluidic biochip (DMFB) is attracting more attention than its predecessor of traditional DMFB. Conventional DMFBs are mostly unable to recover from the errors incurred at assay run time, and thus, it leads unacceptable results. Recent studies have revealed vulnerability CP-DFMBs detect malicious intrusions during design or operational phase. In this paper, we analysed such vulnerable scenarios that been utilized by routing-based-synthesis approach on a CP-MEDA. We also depicted mixing operations based routing for ensuring better security measures. Various attacking demonstrated MEDA-based DMFB, moreover, checkpoint-based intrusion detection method has proposed RBS technique. The effectiveness our compared with available benchmark assays. Our shown significant improvement over existing state-of-the-art procedures in terms execution time rate.
